Associate Consultant
Alexander Group (AGI) is a growing Sales Management Consulting firm with over 100 professionals in five offices nationwide. We work with Global 2000 clients to substantially improve their sales results through customer segmentation, channel selection, organization design and sales performance management.
Alexander Group distinguishes itself with both clients and potential employees in four primary ways—size, focus, culture and geographic spread. Our size and focus enable our Consultants to be significant contributors and subject-matter experts. The firm’s culture built on team work and meritocracy empower our professionals to support each other in their career development. Our presence in major cities (Stamford, Atlanta, Chicago, Scottsdale and San Francisco) and emphasis on work-life-balance encourage an environment where Consultants typically travel less than their counterparts.
The Associate Consultant works closely with an assigned Project Manager and becomes a fully integrated project team member in his/her first months of employment. The combination of on-the-job learning, classroom training and on-going coaching and mentoring enable Associate Consultants to enjoy outstanding professional growth and career opportunities.
The Associate Consultant position career track includes promotion to Consultant. There is also the opportunity to advance from Consultant to Manager and beyond for individuals looking to develop a longer tenure or career in consulting with AGI.
