Mark Little

Principal and Region Leader

Mark Little is a principal and region leader in Alexander Group’s San Francisco office, where he also co-manages the firm’s Technology practice. Mark worked for Alexander Group early in his career, and rejoined the firm in 2017 after having served in a variety of executive leadership roles in the Technology industry. Mark brings a unique C-level perspective to the firm’s value proposition; and importantly, how clients can best leverage Alexander Group’s consulting services.

His general management experience includes serving as CEO of Totaljobs Group in London where he led a transformation that accelerated EBIDTA by 60% and revenues by 40%. He also served as Managing Director of Intuit UK and COO at a Bay Area start-up where he reduced sales customer acquisition costs by 60%. His sales leadership experience includes heading up the $350m/850€ small business telesales teams at Intuit, delivering revenue acceleration, higher customer satisfaction and higher employee engagement. At Monster, he led the $215m/350€ SMB sales channels (both inside and local) and deployed a new hunter/farmer model that accelerated growth by 40%. At FedEx Kinko’s, he built and led a 625 member team that significantly grew commercial revenues. While at VistaPrint, he served as EVP of Strategic Partnerships and launched a new channel creating a white label version of their website for big box retailers that became the standard in that niche. He also brings deep sales enablement expertise having served as SVP of Client Services at Learning International/Achieve Global.

Mark has a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in American Culture from Northwestern University.
