Registrant Screening Policy

The Forum is intended for top sales management and sales operations executives of world-class organizations. The Event Producer/Host reserves the right to review submitted registrations to ensure qualifying criteria is met. Only those receiving written confirmation of approved registration will be processed and space reserved as attendees of the 2012 Annual Forum. Solicitation of Forum attendees, Advisory Board members, Speakers, Sponsors, or event staff is prohibited.

Additional Registration Costs

Golf Tournament: $225 Per Person
Tournament participation is limited - and on a first come, first serve basis. Reserve your spot today. Tournament Awards will be handed out during the Opening Night Reception.

Bring A Guest to Evening Receptions
Attendees may bring a spouse or significant other to both Evening Receptions for an additional fee of $100. No guests (only paid attendees) are allowed however into group meals or sessions during the Forum.

Cancellation Policy

Registration:
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time as long as the individual (substitution) satisfies the registrant screening criteria and is approved by the Event Producer/Host

Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Betty Corrado at bcorrado@alexandergroup.com. For The Event Producer/Host will withhold the full amount of the credit card processing fee incurred (it will not be refunded).

August 27, 2012:
Cancellations received by email (not by voice mail) on or before this date qualify for a refund, less the credit card fee paid. After deducting this fee, the remaining amount will be credited.

After August 27th & No-Shows:
Confirmed registrants who do NOT show up for the 2012 Forum or who cancel in writing after August 27th, 2012 will NOT receive a refund and are liable for the entire registration fee. Please note we are unable to make any exceptions to this cancellation policy - nor provide credits for future events.

Extended Room Nights:
Attendees will be liable for paying extended room night charges for cancellations we receive in writing after September 10, 2012. Attendees who register after this date and request extended room nights that are then confirmed, are liable for all charges if they subsequently cancel these room nights. Please note that extended nights are booked through our contracted event block. As such, these cannot be cancelled from the room block and are more difficult to resell during the months preceding the event.

Golf Tournament:
No refunds given for cancellations received on or after September 24, 2012. Cancellations must be sent via email in writing to bcorrado@alexandergroup.com.

If for any reason the 2012 Forum is cancelled, the Forum Host/Producer and its representatives and employees, Sponsors, and Speakers do NOT accept responsibility for airfare or any other cost incurred by registrants. Program content is subject to change without notice.
