Robert Enslin
President, Global Customer Operations, SAP Global Managing Board

Robert Enslin is president of Global Customer Operations and serves on the SAP Global Managing Board. Robert leads the company’s field revenue and enablement efforts, working in tandem with development and support leaders. His global organization is responsible for all efforts spanning across regional sales and operations, expansion into fast growth markets, professional services, specialized sales units for banking, industry and line of business solution management, private equity, ecosystem and channels and all enablement functions that empower field success.
As a member of the Global Managing Board, Robert provides direct input into the business strategy focused on research and development in five market categories, applications, analytics, mobile, cloud and database and technology. His leadership extends to creating and executing on all go-to-market efforts for the company’s expansive portfolio ranging across all market categories.
Robert ascended to the SAP Global Managing Board in April 2012, adding to his role as Global Customer Operations President. Prior to 2011, he served as president of SAP North America and was responsible for all of SAP’s business operations in this region. Before leading the region, he served as chief operating officer and executive vice president of Fast Growth Markets for the global field organization. In this position, Robert was responsible for developing operations in India, Turkey, Brazil, China, and other emerging-market countries. It was also during this time that Robert served as the interim president and CEO for SAP Latin America.
Previous to his global positions, Robert managed SAP’s largest subsidiary in Asia, as the president and CEO of SAP Japan Co., Ltd. There he led the organization’s turnaround, building the infrastructure necessary for future growth.
Robert joined SAP in 1992 and was instrumental in building a significant SAP presence in South Africa. There he held numerous roles in consulting, sales, and solutions management before transferring to SAP America in 1997. In North America, he served as senior vice president and general manager of the Northeast region, responsible for leading SAP America’s largest region in sales. He was also the senior vice president of the manufacturing sector for the region. In addition, Robert built the SAP account management program for SAP America through the Global Alliance Account program, which consisted of SAP’s 50 largest customers.
Before joining SAP, Robert spent 11 years in various roles in the IT industry.
Ken Liss
Vice President of Sales, Women's Healthcare

Ken Liss has over 30 years of Pharma experience in several different specialty areas. He has held different positions from sales, sales leadership and managed markets. In his most recent position as Vice President of Sales, he has led the transformation of the Bayer Women’s Healthcare Sales Organization from a Reach & Frequency approach to an Account Based Selling Model. This transformation has been driving by customer consolidation, launching of a new buy-bill product and the anticipated impact of the Affordable Care Act on the delivery of healthcare. He has worked closely with the Alexander Group to address the impact of these changes on his Selling Organization.
Arthur Rassias
SVP and Global Head of Sales & Client Loyalty

Arthur Rassias is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Sales & Client Loyalty for theGovernance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) business of Thomson Reuters. In this role, Arthur is responsible for growing the GRC business by rapidly scaling the sales team to address the opportunity in this space for Thomson Reuters solutions. As a member of the GRC Executive Leadership Team, he is responsible for bringing the “voice of the customer” into all operations to ensure that the customer is at the heart of all strategies.
Prior to this role, Arthur was responsible for creating the GRC sales organization in the Americas where he integrated five disparate sales organizations into one cohesive team, during which time they achieved significant sales growth.
Before joining Thomson Reuters, Arthur held a series of global leadership roles residing in New York City and Hong Kong including Managing Director of Dow Jones Client Solutions and Head of Sales for Factiva in the Americas. Arthur received his BA from American University in Washington, DC and currently resides with his family in Connecticut.

Alexander Socarrás
GM, Healthcare Sector South West Europe
Siemens
As senior vice president and general manager of the Healthcare Sector at Siemens for South West Europe, Alex Socarrás is responsible for Siemens Healthcare’s business across its four divisions (Imaging and Therapy, Clinical Products, Diagnostics and Customer Solutions/IT). South West Europe is Siemens’ second largest business ex-US, including the countries of France, Italy and Spain, among others.
Prior to his current position, Alex served as vice president Latin America for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics. In this role, he was responsible for the Latin America Region, with full P&L responsibility as well as setting the strategy and local value add.
Alex has also held various management positions at Bayer HealthCare and Roche Diagnostics prior to joining Siemens.
Socarrás’ executive career has spanned more than 20 years within the healthcare diagnostics industry across global geographic borders including North America, Latin America and EMEA. He has a strong performance record in driving growth and market share, CRM excellence, and cost and coverage optimization.
Alex holds a Masters of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Miami.
