Matt Donnelly

Vice President, U.S. Sales and Marketing - Patient Monitoring
Covidien

Matt Donnelly is vice president, U.S. sales and marketing for Covidien’s Patient Monitoring Division which provides monitoring solutions that ensure patient safety in hospital settings. In this role, Matt directs the U.S. sales organization and marketing team, and leads development of marketing plans and sales strategies for the $500M business unit.

Prior to joining Covidien, Matt was the vice president, sales and marketing for a division of Biomet in Parsippany, NJ, where he led their office-based Spine and Trauma Business Unit. In addition to leading these functions, he also held responsibilities for Sales Operations and Sales Training.

Donnelly has more than 25 years of Medical Sales, Marketing and Management experience, with his longest tenure of more than 11 years at Cordis Corp., a Division of Johnson and Johnson. During his tenure at Cordis, he honed his expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Marketing, and expanded it into new areas including Sales Operations and Global Marketing.

 

Mark Ouellette

Mark Ouellette
Senior Vice President, Global Business Operations
CA Technologies

Mark Ouellette joined CA Technologies in July 2010 as Senior Vice President, Global Business Operations. In this role, Mark is responsible for operations across the company including Sales, Customer Solution Units, Marketing Services, Support, and Education.  

Prior to joining CA Technologies, Mark retired from IBM in 2009 after a 32-year career with the company. During his tenure, Mark held numerous senior executive assignments in World Wide Sales, Corporate Finance, Operations, Business Partners, Sales & Marketing. He served as global Vice President of Operations for the IBM software group before going on to create, implement and manage IBM’s global operations organization. Worldwide, Mark was one of five senior executives appointed by the chairman and CEO of IBM to lead a major transformation effort across the company. Mark retired as the Global VP for business partners in the software group, with responsibility for 13,000 partners around the world.

Mark earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University and currently serves as Vice-Chairman on the university’s Board of Trustees.

 

Dave Spencer

Dave Spencer currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the East Region. Dave helps drive the Go To Market strategies in the East Region for all lines of the business. He is also responsible for strategic planning, developing field teams, monitoring customer satisfaction and growing the pipeline.

Prior to his current position, Dave served as Global Vice President, Sales for SAP’s Cloud organization. He was responsible for the Go To Market activities for SAP’s Customer, Money and Business by Design Field Direct sales organizations.

Dave also served as Vice President for SAP’s North America Premier Customer Network. In this role, Dave managed account teams responsible for some of SAP’s largest customers. His responsibilities included developing top performing sales people and driving customer satisfaction. Before he was Vice President, Premier Customer Network, Dave was a Global Account Executive within the North America Premier Customer Network.

Dave joined SAP in 2006 as part of the Professional Services Region where he was responsible for generating new software sales within a territory of new and existing customers.

Prior to joining SAP, Dave held several senior sales leadership positions at companies such as Ruesch International, Gelco Information Network (acquired by Concur), and Moore Business Forms & Systems.

Dave graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree. Dave lives with his wife Alison and two daughters, Courtney and Amanda outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He remains an active member of his community and serves on several community boards.
