Betty Corrado has enjoyed a career spanning more than three decades of marketing, leadership advisory and executive events expertise. She is the proud co-creator of the renowned #1 Executive Forum series (now in its 23rd year) welcoming thousands of cross-industry revenue, sales & marketing, operations, CX and HR/talent leaders from Fortune 1000 brands. Previously, Betty served as an AVP of a national IT consulting organization — HSI — with 13 offices and close to 1K workforce, member of the executive steering committee, and developed the firm’s first Partner Organization that created a new million-dollar revenue stream. As a member of AWS’ core senior leadership team, Betty was on the front lines of accelerated growth and market share expansion spearheading the integration of 100+ acquisitions during her tenure for this environmental giant.

Betty is recognized for her ability to advise and partner with executive suite officers and senior management who seek out her ideas and perspectives on issues ranging from business operations and market positioning to leadership development and workforce strategies.

Betty’s earlier roles included award-winning national and regional marketing roles galvanizing multi-office teams on impactful marketing initiatives and crafting large-scope sales proposals with hallmark C-suite presentations for up to $500M projects with an 85% win ratio (clients included Walt Disney, Chase, Port Authority of NY/NJ, CIBC, Dell, Xerox and Marriott International).  She began her career as a business development coordinator at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in NYC.

Betty is a recipient of Yale’s SOM Executive Program’s Digital Marketing Certification and a Career Management Coach Certification. She is also a founding member of Chief’s Miami Chapter — a global network built to drive more women into positions of power and strengthen their leadership journeys, and on both the Forbes Communications Council and Forbes Women Forum.
