Our ideal Administrative Assistant will be an energetic and highly motivated professional with relevant experience working in a professional services firm. This role spans both administrative and HR duties. The role is based on-site in our Atlanta office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our Human Resources/Recruiting team
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and interviews and organizing special events
  • Maintain candidate and employee records in our Paylocity applicant tracking system
  • Assist with new hire onboarding including reference checks, background checks and I-9 documentation, and termination paperwork
  • Assist with benefit administration including enrollments, changes, record keeping and terminations
  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Liaise with building management on announcements, safety, security and services
  • Purchase office supplies, snacks and beverages, business cards, corporate gifts, etc.
  • Ensure maintenance of office machines, IT and breakroom equipment
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three or more years of relevant Administrative or Human Resources experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams and Zoom. Paylocity experience a plus
  • Must be highly detail-oriented
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, confident and positive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage overlapping activities
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
