We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing organization. The Marketing Automation Specialist will contribute to the growth of the firm, help improve our marketing efforts, develop new skills and lay the foundation for a range of career opportunities. You will lead and manage campaign processes within our marketing automation and CRM systems, work with the marketing intelligence team, and help to create and improve essential marketing operations processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end campaign processes within marketing automation, CRM, and other tools including building, designing, testing and execution of campaigns
  • Collaborate with other team members to create and improve essential marketing operations initiatives such as segmentation, prospect scoring, prospect lifecycle, prospect nurturing, etc.
  • Maintain and assist with new and existing integrations that connect into Pardot and other tools
  • Work with the marketing intelligence team to measure, analyze and report on campaign performance and effectiveness using marketing analytics, Google analytics and our business intelligence tools
  • Assist with the maintenance of our marketing database through transforming and uploading lists using industry best practices
  • Support marketing and sales operations to improve opportunity alignment processes
  • Educate marketing stakeholders on how to leverage new and upcoming email and marketing automation strategies and trends
  • Create process and training documentation

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing (Marketing Operations/Automation experience preferred)
  • Experience with SFDC
  • Good business acumen and awareness of email and nurture marketing trends
  • Beginner knowledge of HTML and CSS used in email and landing page design
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Quantitative skills and general problem-solving skills for business problems
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to learn quickly and resourcefully
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
  • Genuine desire to work hard and progress rapidly
  • Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers
