We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact
  • Manage relationships with our third-party partners and vendors to ensure a successful relationship
  • Manage our marketing/sales technology infrastructure including CRM, marketing automation, website tools and selling tools
  • Work with our IT team to develop, publish and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Perform regular maintenance on database and systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Work with team members to ensure the CRM database is up-to-date
  • Manage the generation, validation and prioritization of contact lists for use in marketing campaigns
  • Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing
  • Monitor marketing campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices
  • Provide recommendations that enhance our marketing capabilities and processes
  • Conduct preparation and analysis associated with annual planning activities
  • Present analysis and findings to a variety of audiences

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Pardot and/or PowerBI
  • Bachelor’s degree with solid academic achievement
  • Coursework in marketing or business administration is a strong plus
  • Good business acumen and awareness of business trends
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Quantitative and general problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to learn quickly and resourcefully
