We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing organization. Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaign processes within our marketing automation platform (MAP) and CRM including building, designing, testing and launching of campaigns
  • Work with the marketing intelligence team to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and effectiveness
  • Assist with the maintenance of our marketing database through transforming and uploading lists using industry best practices
  • Create, strategize, and optimize lead scoring models within our MAP
  • Support marketing and sales operations to improve account, contact, campaign, and opportunity alignment processes within our MAP and CRM
  • Educate marketing stakeholders on email and marketing automation strategies and trends

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of B2B Marketing Operations/Automation experience
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred (Sales Cloud)
  • Pardot experience preferred (Marketo experience considered)
  • Good business acumen and awareness of email and nurture marketing trends
  • Beginner knowledge of HTML and CSS used in email and landing page design
  • Bachelor’s degree with solid academic achievement
  • Moderate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Quantitative skills and general problem-solving skills for business problems
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to learn quickly and resourcefully
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
  • Genuine desire to work hard and progress rapidly
  • Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers
