Paul Vinogradov is a vice president in the San Francisco office. He is the leader of the firm’s International and Technology practices. Paul brings 20 years of consulting experience in go-to-customer strategy and execution. His experience includes helping clients migrate their sales models to XaaS, and he manages relationships with key CXOs in the firms largest tech clients. Paul has a passion for sales and helping clients design the right sales model and align the organization behind the sales force to make it successful. Paul has also worked with clients in ad tech, media, business services, manufacturing, medical and distribution. Paul teaches workshops and is a frequent speaker and writer on the subjects of sales strategy and execution.
Prior to joining the Alexander Group, Paul worked for an international economic development consulting firm in strategic planning and best practices research. Additionally, he has worked as a sales strategy consultant for an on-line directory services firm, as well as director of development for an international business economic development organization. Paul holds a B.S. degree in managerial economics and communication from the University of California at Davis, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.Back to Leadership »
