Inside Sales Enables Multiple Sales Motions Panelist

AF.mhernandezMartin currently leads the proprietary acquisition sales channel for American Express OPEN. Top Client Acquisition is a national inside sales team consisting of 200 sales people (including 20 inside sales senior managers).

By the age of 31 Martin led the sales organization of a $5 billion Fortune 450 company spanning 45 U.S. markets.

He is the former National Vice President of Sales for Beazer Homes, USA, one of the top 10 builders in the U.S. During this time, Martin led a team of 45 Vice Presidents and 1300 employees in markets all over the United States.

Over the course of his career Martin has served as a subject matter expert for multiple companies and hedge funds. Prior to his time in Financial Services and Homebuilding, Martin worked in Retail Management for Polo Ralph Lauren and Abercrombie & Fitch.  He served on corporate store opening teams and led teams of inside sales and customer service representatives.

In July 2013, he was named to the leadership group known as The Phoenix 40 Valley Leadership Class, a highly prestigious leadership organization based in Arizona. Most recently in June of this year, Martin was awarded the President’s Award for Achievement by the American Express Company for his accomplishments in his current role.
