Stephen Pace is Senior Vice President of Sales for Raytheon|Websense. In this role, Steve’s responsibilities are to create and implement overall sales operations strategies and to oversee the execution of all sales, field support, and revenue responsibilities in the Americas and Federal Divisions for the Raytheon|Websense Cyber Products portfolio. Steve brings more than 30 years of experience in technology sales, marketing and operations to Raytheon, having helped start-up, medium-sized and large organizations rapidly grow their base and capture market share.
Steve graduated from Penn State University with honors with a degree in Electrical Engineering, and completed post graduate work in Business at the University of Arizona. He currently serves on the Advisory Board at Penn State University in the College of Information Services and Technology, and at Pwnie Express, a security software threat intelligence company based in Boston.
Mr. Pace has lead sales and marketing teams, starting with IBM early in his career and completing successful assignments as EVP of Sales and Services at Core Security, VP of Sales and Services at GeoTrust (Acquired by VeriSign), VP of Sales at NetScout Systems, SVP of Sales and Marketing at Seagate Software (Acquired by Veritas), and SVP of Sales and Marketing at NaviSite (Acquired by Time Warner).
