Angela Cooper is GM – West Enterprise Sales, partnering with some of Microsoft’s most strategic and innovative customers to evolve their businesses.
Prior to this role, Angela led Worldwide strategy and operations for Microsoft’s Customer Success organization and was a key founder of this transformational team. Deborah held the position of Vice President of Human Resources – Americas with Allegion/Ingersoll Rand, a provider of security products and solutions for home and businesses with 8,000 employees globally. Deborah led the combined organization and integration of the residential and commercial organizations during the $2.2 billion Allegion spinoff of $13.3 billion Ingersoll Rand in 2013, driving growth and innovation through internal capability analysis.
She also served as Vice President of Human Resources – Hospital Division at Kindred Healthcare/Rehab Care, the largest U.S. provider of post-acute healthcare, where she developed and led the HR strategy, programs, policies, and services.
