Prior to her current role, Deb was Corporate Vice President of WW Enterprise and Commercial Industries. She was responsible for the development and execution of Microsoft’s strategy and go-to-market approach with enterprise customers across seven commercial industries: Automotive, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Media & Communications, and Retail & Consumer Goods. Deb led a team accountable for driving the industry point of view through both product development and customer delivery in both strategic and scale motions.
During her tenure, Microsoft launched the first Industry Cloud for Healthcare in October 2020. This was followed by the announcement of additional Industry clouds in February 2021 when Microsoft shared their continued commitment to expand industry investments.
Deb also serves on the Board of Directors for Avanade, the leading provider of innovative digital and cloud services, business solutions, and design-led experiences on the Microsoft ecosystem.

Del Regno is the 2018 recipient of the prestigious Peter C. Thorp Corporate Leadership Award & the 2019 recipient of the Corporate Pacesetter Award from Consortium for superior leadership in diversity recruiting, the winner of 4 CVS Breakthrough Awards and in 2018 was featured in Ivy Research annual D&I report for her leadership of CVS’s first Externship Program. Prior to joining EmployBridge, Deborah served as head of human resources for HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, a $3 billion enterprise with approximately 6,000 associates across North America. During her eighteen-year tenure, she provided executive-level vision, strategy, and execution of human resource and business agendas that elevated service performance and top-line growth – she received the CEO Award for Leadership for her contributions.
Before joining HD Supply, Deborah served as a senior human resource manager for Home Depot Canada, where she contributed as a critical business executive, trusted advisor, and change ambassador, supporting CEOs, presidents, cross-division executives, and stakeholders.

She joined Whirlpool in 2014 as the Home Depot Sales Director before being promoted to Senior Director for Sales Strategy and Operations in March 2016, and most recently promoted to VP/GM Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Whirlpool, Lynn held positions of increasing responsibility in both Sales and Marketing at Nestle.

Additionally, she led the acquisition of Edico Genomics, BlueBee, and Enancio, combined with Illumina’s existing software solutions, these new capabilities enable scalable, seamless, end-to-end software solutions that drive the utilization of genomic data and accelerate the adoption of genomic data in clinical care.
Susan has more than 25 years of R&D and business leadership at Fortune 100 technology companies and within the life sciences industry. Formerly, she was Corporate Vice President and General Manager for Eastman Kodak’s Consumer Inkjet Systems organization. Prior to joining Kodak, Susan was an R&D program manager for Phogenix Imaging LLC, a joint venture start-up of Hewlett-Packard and Kodak. She previously spent 10 years with Hewlett-Packard in technical and management roles. Along with many academic honors, she has received numerous awards in both business and technology. In 2018, Susan was elected to the National Academy of Engineers. Susan was named one of the 50 Top Diverse Leaders for 2020 by theCalifornia Diversity Council and is a member of the International Women’s Forum, a global organization of preeminent women of significant and diverse achievement.
Susan holds an MBA degree from UCLA and an Honors BS in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Pennsylvania State University. She currently serves as a scientific advisor on Vizgen’s Scientific Advisory Board, as well as on BICO’s Board of Directors.

Prior to working with GE, she was the Chief Diversity Officer and Global Head of Talent Acquisition for AXA XL, where she was responsible for developing and leading world-class talent and diversity and inclusion strategies, including candidate attraction and experience and creating a culture where all colleagues were able to perform to their highest potential. Prior to AXA XL, she was the Head of Global Executive Recruiting for Johnson & Johnson, where she built and led the firm’s first executive recruiting function. Earlier in her career, she held a variety of recruiting leadership and talent management positions at The Hartford Financial Services Group, leading assessment, recruiting and talent management practices. Prior to The Hartford, Deirdre was a member of the executive committee for one of the largest Global retained executive search firms and helped launch the firm’s first diversity and inclusion practice. Deirdre is originally from Kentucky and started her career in not-for-profit arts administration.

Previously, Valentino was Executive Vice President of Revenue Innovation for Univision Communications Inc. (UCI), the leading media company serving Hispanic America. She led UCI’s digital, integrated marketing and revenue teams to develop strategy and activation for customer solutions.
Prior to joining UCI, Lisa worked at Condé Nast where she served as Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, she led growth initiatives as well as strategic planning to accelerate new revenue and transform Condé Nast from a publisher to a client-led media partner and brand storyteller.
Earlier in her career, Valentino worked at ESPN where she oversaw a division responsible for over $1 billion in revenue focused on multimedia partnerships across the company’s portfolio, including domestic and international TV, digital, events, and print. She also managed all digital and mobile ad sales revenue at this firm in her first 3 years of tenure.
Valentino graduated from Lafayette College with dual degrees in English and Art History.

Previously, Victoria spent 7+ years at Dropbox where she started as an Enterprise Account Executive and gained experience as a Business Development leader before becoming Chief of Staff to the CEO. During her tenure, the company grew from 600 employees to more than 2800 and enjoyed a successful IPO in 2018.
Victoria lives by the motto of one of her favorite chefs, David Chang, “We’re hoping to succeed; we’re okay with failure. We just don’t want to land in between.” She received her Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.
