Judy has consistently delivered world class business solutions to her clients by exploiting the breadth of IBM’s capabilities.
In over 30 years with IBM, Judy has held numerous leadership roles. Previously, she was IBM’s Managing Director for Morgan Stanley and was responsible for IBMs Global relationship and business results. In her tenure she drove cloud, AI and mainframe modernization programs. In 2017, she held the position of General Manager for IBM’s Global Markets in strategy and solutions. She led a team of over 1,000 industry and presales architects globally in our transformation towards becoming a Cognitive Solutions and Cloud Platform Company.
In 2015, she was General Manager of IBM Digital Sales where she led 4,000 sellers in 99 countries, and responsible for 44 Digital Sales Centers throughout the world. The Digital Sales force excelled in social selling skills and technologies used for broadening reach to new clients and new buyers.
Ms. Buchholz previously held many senior roles in Financial Services. She partnered with Prudential as IBM Vice President, and led their Business Analytics and Digital Transformational projects, aiming to change their client experience. She also was the Vice President of IBM’s Wall Street sector for over 7 years, which included the largest investment Banks, Insurance Companies, and Stock Exchanges. She grew the business relationships while maintaining high customer satisfaction. She repositioned the team in driving industry solutions and strategic partnerships.
Judy is the chair of the Iona College Woman’s Board and is an active member of the Women’s Bond Club and Women of Power & Passion. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance.

Prior to joining KCP, Tracy spent 10 years at GE in various global commercial leadership roles. During her last two-years at the firm she was part of a mission-based team driving a company-wide project to define the strategy and implementation of GE’s Commercial and Customer Digital Transformation. Called upon to manage change, Robertson delivered measurable results by comprehensively analyzing products, marketing, communications, and sales programs and then implementing continuous improvement, training, and culture initiatives in global, highly-matrixed organizations.
Tracy has an undergraduate degree in Communications and a M.B.A. from Syracuse University.

Fiala has led critical transformations, including both product and service innovations such as the launch of the flagship Gen2® elevator. Since joining the company in 1990 as a sales representative, she has held a variety of positions of progressively expanding responsibility that have given her unique perspectives on delivering customer value throughout the entire lifecycle of our products.
As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Robin leads global teams responsible for developing innovative market-leading products and services for Otis customers.
Fiala is a tireless advocate for developing women and is a recipient of the YWCA Women Achievers award. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Union College and an MBA from Fordham University.

Whirlpool Corporation is the world’s leading manufacturer and marketer of major home appliances. The company markets Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Brastemp, Consul, Bauknecht and other major brand names to consumers and builders in nearly every country around the world.
Lynn has 20 years of experience in transformative strategy planning and execution. She joined Whirlpool in 2014 as the Home Depot Sales Director before being promoted to Senior Director for Sales Strategy and Operations in March 2016, and most recently promoted to VP/GM Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Whirlpool, Lynn held positions of increasing responsibility in both Sales and Marketing at Nestle.
In June 2018 Lynn was appointed Co-Lead of Whirlpool’s Women’s Network. As Whirlpool’s largest ERG, Women’s Network is at the forefront of creating a more inclusive work environment for all employees and Lynn is dedicated to making Whirlpool the best place for women to work.
Moersch earned her Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and her MBA from Oakland University.
