Cancellation Policy

Registration:
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time and are subject to prescreening/approval by the Event Producer/Host.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Betty Corrado at bcorrado@alexandergroup.com.

Important Dates:
April 30, 2019: Cancellations received on/before this date qualify for a refund, less $100 credit card processing/administrative fee.

After April 30, 2019 & No-Shows: Confirmed registrants who cancel after this date or do not show up, will not receive a credit or refund.

Hotel Room:
Attendees are liable for hotel charges for cancellations received on or after April 30th. Note: Since Forum hotel rooms are guaranteed in advance, they are different than the hotel’s direct booking cancellation policy/deadlines.

If for any reason the Operations Forum is cancelled, Forum Hosts and its employees, Sponsors and Speakers do NOT accept responsibility for airfare or any other costs incurred by registrants. Program content and speakers are subject to change without notice.
