Brendan Reinert

Director

Brendan Reinert is a director in Alexander Group’s Chicago office, partnering with clients to design and implement go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth and improve commercial performance. His expertise spans customer segmentation, commercial coverage and resource alignment, sales enablement, and incentive compensation design. Brendan helps leadership teams translate strategy into execution through scalable operating models and performance programs that drive measurable business results. He has worked extensively with organizations in the Healthcare, Technology, Business Services, and Manufacturing practices.

​Before joining Alexander Group, Brendan served as a manager within a Big 4 consulting practice, leading complex transformation programs for Fortune 500 technology and manufacturing companies. His experience spans post-merger integration, divestiture enablement, IPO readiness and center of excellence (CoE) development. Brendan led global project teams with multimillion-dollar budgets, helping organizations improve operating effectiveness, manage risk and successfully execute strategic change initiatives. He holds a B.S. degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
