Our colleagues are from different backgrounds and bring different points of view. Our people are creative, resourceful, and ready to take on a range of revenue growth challenges—and represent all backgrounds. Their diverse points of view constantly push them and the team to the next level within a collaborative culture. This provides richer experiences for our people and better solutions for our clients.
DEI Champions
The DEI Champions team includes a diverse group of leaders from across the firm who are responsible for setting the firm-wide DEI strategy, contributing to DEI Champion-led initiatives, and being accountable for overall progress. This group ensures that voices from across Alexander Group are heard and incorporated into the firm’s DEI efforts, most notably through an annual DEI survey.
Women@AGI
The group’s charter is to create an Alexander Group community for women employees to foster personal and professional relationships and enable Alexander Group to better attract, grow and retain women at the firm. Activities include professional development training, networking and a mentorship program.
Recruitment
Actively recruit from multiple platforms including historically black colleges and universities (HBCU). 50% of the most recent new hire class are minorities and/or women.
Partnerships
Alexander Group is proud to partner with Forte Foundation in their mission to launch women into fulfilling, significant careers through access to business education, professional development and a community of successful women.
Local Support
Support the local community through nonprofits like Nicholas House Foundation, Blessings in a Backpack, Presents for a Purpose and Tech Soup.
