Building a network of women leaders

Sponsored by our executive committee, Women at Alexander Group is our firm-wide community of female consultants. The group provides formal and informal mentoring, relationship building opportunities and dialogue on women-centric topics at meetings and off-sites. Their mission includes sharing the learnings and insights gained in these sessions with everyone at the firm.

Each year, the Alexander Group facilitates a session for Women in Leadership at the Executive Forum. Executive attendees discuss ideas to attract and promote more women to the executive revenue leadership ranks and create more awareness and support for women and minorities in the workplace. The Executive Forum also features many sessions led by women executives from marketing, sales and service.
