The Business Analyst (BA) supports the consulting team. They conduct data analysis including basic statistical analysis, assist with client interviews and related fact-finding initiatives, and apply logic and Alexander Group methodologies to provide recommendations to clients. The BA also prepares initial drafts of high quality, error-free deliverables and participates in client meetings to review and present analytical approaches and interpret results.

The Business Analyst will join our Analytics and Benchmarking practice. This team assists with consulting engagements and conducts industry research and deep data analysis, providing a wide variety of data and insights. You will work with clients and consulting teams to collect and analyze client financial, operational, customer and organization data with the goal of generating client-ready insights.

The Associate Consultant (AC) is an integral part of the consulting team. They create and use analytical models to simulate or forecast business problems and results, conduct extensive data analysis using Excel, participate in client interviews and meetings as well as related fact-finding initiatives, and apply logic and Alexander Group methodologies to provide recommendations to clients.

The Consultant has a high level of engagement and accountability while becoming a subject matter expert. The Consultant works directly with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve sales management issues and grow revenue. They participate in and lead client meetings to present consulting deliverables, and conduct client research including on-site interviews, market research and surveys. Our Consultants manage Business Analyst and Associate Consultant resources on project engagements.

This role collaborates closely with the Instructional Design team to customize programs to client needs, creates all client-facing processes and collateral, and leads a high-performing team to deliver measurable outcomes.

The Head of Instructional Design is responsible for owning the design and development of innovative, insight-based B2B go-to-market training products and ensuring high-quality customization for client-specific needs. This role combines deep expertise in instructional design with strong business acumen and go-to-market skills that enable the individual to lead the product development process for training, standardize customization processes for client delivery, and enable facilitators to lead high-impact classroom experiences.

We are looking for a versatile IT Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain the company’s IT environment. This role combines network administration, systems management, Cloud administration and end-user support, ensuring reliable and secure operations across our business.

The Marketing Manager will work directly with Alexander Group’s service practice leads and executives to create and execute innovative marketing strategies that attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships. This role drives the direction of Alexander Group’s services portfolio including marketing services, sales compensation, pricing and data science practices.

The Program Manager leads the development of new client relationships and opportunities within target industries. This role actively reaches out and schedules prospect meetings by leveraging our intellectual property and leadership community.
