Position Overview:
Working closely with an assigned Project Manager, you will become a fully integrated project team member right away. At the end of 10 weeks, the combination of on-the-job learning, training, meaningful project work and ongoing coaching will give you a realistic sense of the business analyst role and the consulting profession.
High-performing Summer Business Analysts will be given the opportunity to join us full-time.
Locations: Atlanta, GA Chicago, IL or New York, NY
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare client data to support project objectives
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify insights
- Build models to evaluate business scenarios and support recommendations
- Support client interviews, research and data collection efforts
- Develop clear, client-ready slides and materials
- Contribute to team problem-solving and solution development
- Support day-to-day project execution and deliverables
- Communicate findings to team members
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment as a rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or related field
- Strong academic track record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or programming languages is a plus
- Interest in applying data and technology to business and go-to-market challenges
- Exposure to AI or analytics tools is helpful; ability to apply sound judgment to outputs is important

Salary: $30/hour
