Working closely with an assigned Project Manager, you will become a fully-integrated project team member right away. At the end of ten weeks, the combination of on-the-job learning, training, meaningful project work and ongoing coaching will give you a realistic sense of the business analyst role and the consulting profession.

High-performing Summer Business Analysts will be given the opportunity to join us full-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve revenue growth issues
  • Conduct client research including interviews, market research and surveys
  • Conduct data analysis including basic statistical analysis
  • Create analytical models to simulate or forecast business problems and results
  • Use and develop communication skills to communicate project findings, conclusions and recommendations with your peers and clients
  • Prepare initial drafts of high quality, error-free client reports and presentation materials

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment as a rising Senior in a Bachelor’s degree program with business, mathematics/economics, or engineering focus preferred
  • Strong academic and professional track record
  • Some relevant professional experience preferred
  • Highly skilled at problem-solving (quantitative and conceptual) with superb oral and written skills to communicate findings to clients and team members
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers
  • Ability to travel (sometimes on short notice)

Salary: $30/hour
