Brent Carter
DirectorBrent Carter is a director in the New York office. Brent works with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve revenue growth challenges. He designs and conducts fact-finding activities to understand client objectives and issues. He participates in and leads client meetings to present recommendations and consulting deliverables. Brent manages business analysts and associate consultant resources at the Alexander Group on project engagements.
Prior to joining Alexander Group, Brent spent five years helping financial services companies manage complex operational and regulatory issues. During his consulting career he has led global transformation projects, designed target operating models, conducted staffing and capacity analyses, and analyzed performance metrics to drive business insights.
