Alex Marcum

Director

Alex Marcum is a director in the Atlanta office. Alex works with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve revenue growth challenges. He works with clients across various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing and business services. Alex has led complex domestic and global engagements spanning go-to-market transformation, sales organization design, revenue operations, territory and quota planning, and sales compensation assessment and design.

Prior to joining Alexander Group, Alex was an account manager in the Energy Division at TE Connectivity, where he developed and executed strategic account plans for major industrial and utility customers across the southeastern United States. Previously, he served as a market development analyst, partnering with sales and product management teams to identify growth opportunities and develop market strategies. Alex holds an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
