Ann Marie Verhamme
PrincipalAnn Marie Verhamme is a principal in the Chicago office. Ann Marie specializes in the healthcare and life sciences industries. She has extensive experience leading large-scale commercial transformations, redesigning global go-to-market models, and optimizing business strategies. Ann Marie also leads targeted engagements focused on areas such as job role design, territory optimization, and sales compensation. Ann Marie applies her expertise by delivering practical solutions to complex challenges and helping organizations drive change, improve commercial models, and create programs that deliver lasting results.
Prior to joining the Alexander Group, Ann Marie served as an account manager for a global retail packaging company. In this role, she developed new business, facilitated sales and managed relationships with clients and vendors. Ann Marie gained valuable experience in streamlining internal processes and transitioning the organization from a transactional sales approach to a consultative, solution-focused approach. She has a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
