PartnerArshad Carim is a partner in the San Francisco office. Arshad is a leader in the firm’s Manufacturing & Distribution practice. Arshad enables clients to create differentiated value in commercial models and has led several major transformations with clients ranging from $100M to $50B+ in revenue. He applies his deep go-to-market and industry experience to help clients modernize and scale their sales, marketing, and service organizations in support of profitable growth. Arshad thrives on creating executive alignment around go-to-market priorities, leading teams to design industry-leading solutions, and ensuring clients are well-supported through high-quality execution and implementation.
Prior to joining the Alexander Group, Arshad spent six years gaining experience in multiple marketing and sales management positions in the telecommunications industry. Arshad holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business, a B.S. in marketing/management from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business, and a B.A.Sc. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science.
