Jacob Johnson is a director in the New York office. His areas of focus for consulting work include customer coverage models, segmentation, job role design, quota setting and sales compensation design. Jacob works with clients across an array of industries, with experience in tech, health insurance, manufacturing and financial services. Some of his most recent experience managing client engagements includes mapping the customer buyer journey and designing a new go-to-market coverage model for an F100 technology company, and redesigning a sales compensation program for a large global technology company.
Prior to joining the Alexander Group, Jacob worked in both product management and retail management for Bank of America. In his product management position he worked in the consumer deposit products division focused on checking, savings and safe deposit products. Prior to that he held positions in retail banking management focused on sales team management, sales effectiveness, customer relationship management and risk mitigation.
He holds an MBA from the Carroll School of Management, Boston College and a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire.See all Leadership »
