Katie McGrath
Associate ConsultantKatie McGrath is an associate consultant (AC) in the Chicago office. Katie is part of the Sales Analytics and Benchmarking team that supports many of the firm’s projects and initiatives. As an AC, she conducts data analysis, applies Alexander Group methodologies and participates in client interviews and related fact-finding initiatives to provide recommendations to clients.
Prior to joining Alexander Group, Katie worked as a senior research associate at GfK, developing and analyzing global surveys for large technology firms related to brand strategy, AI and ESG. Katie also previously served as an analytics specialist at Lincoln International, where she leveraged internal people data to drive employee engagement, as well as M&A and valuation data to drive firm growth. She holds an M.A. and B.A. from the University of Chicago.
