Kelly Rue is a director in the San Francisco office. Kelly works with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve revenue growth challenges. She has experience working with Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller high-growth organizations. Kelly has led projects spanning Alexander Group’s Revenue Growth Model including complex go-to-market transformations, job architecture initiatives and sales compensation assessment and design projects.
Prior to joining Alexander Group, Kelly held a management consulting position advising international companies in a variety of industries including consumer products, manufacturing and clinical research services. In this role, Kelly supported clients and provided solutions with respect to international tax planning and operating model effectiveness. She has an M.S.A degree from Wake Forest University, a B.S. degree from the University of Florida, is a certified public accountant and is a Certified Sales Compensation Professional.See all Leadership »
