Matthew Laredo


Matthew Laredo is a director in the San Francisco office. As a director, Matthew works with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve revenue growth challenges. He designs and conducts fact-finding activities to understand client objectives and issues. He participates in and leads client meetings to present recommendations and consulting deliverables. Matthew manages business analyst and associate consultant resources at the Alexander Group on project engagements.

Prior to joining Alexander Group, Matthew was a manager at Nielsen working across the consumer product goods industry. Matthew partnered with Fortune 500 sales and marketing organizations to improve sales effectiveness both for manufacturer and distributor stakeholders across client product portfolios. He has experience leading project teams in fact-driven research covering areas such as sales effectiveness, customer segmentation, distribution coverage analysis, buyer-flow analysis and business process improvement. Matthew has an MBA from Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University, and a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College.
