Norberto Lopez is a director in the Alexander Group’s international consulting practice. Norberto currently leads the Latin America regional practice, helping local companies and multinational operations in the region drive superior revenue growth. He particularly enjoys working with clients to design realistic sales strategies and programs that leverage best-in-class international standards while accounting for the typical particularities and implementation challenges faced by companies doing business in Latin America. His clients often recognize his ability to quickly understand their business and to challenge their current way of thinking for innovative and pragmatic approaches.
Norberto works with clients across multiple industries including healthcare, high technology, financial services and manufacturing. He has experience across all elements of go-to-market strategy and execution, including sales segmentation, sales coverage model and job design; sales force sizing, territory deployment, organizational structure and sales talent/competency models; sales process and CRM, sales performance metrics and dashboards, quota practices, and sales compensation.
Prior to joining the Alexander Group, Norberto worked as the Director of Sales Operations & Sales Training for a medical devices company, chartered with structuring these functions in Latin America. He previously worked as a consultant for Accenture in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Norberto holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science from UFRJ in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and an MBA degree from the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
