Raj Sharan


Raj Sharan is a principal in the San Francisco office, with over 15 years of business and management consulting experience. Raj co-leads the Life Sciences & Pharma Services practices. He also works with leading tech hardware and semiconductor companies. He is adept at orchestrating transformative strategies across marketing, sales, service and revenue operations. Raj’s global experience includes client work in Europe, China, Japan, South Korea and India. He recently led the global sales transformation of the team driving renewals and expansion at a technology company. His cross-industry experience equips him to devise and implement dynamic, high-impact solutions.

Prior to rejoining the Alexander Group, Raj led the revenue operations at a digital media startup. He drove sales productivity with digital transformation: updated tech stack, predictive sales modeling and sales enablement. Previously, Raj worked as a consultant where he gained significant experience in sales effectiveness, strategy development, and qualitative data gathering and analysis.  He has an MBA from the Ross School of Business from the University of Michigan, and M.S. from Wright State University. Raj is also a Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP).
