Rohit Kundurthi
DirectorRohit (Ro) Kundurthi is a director in the Chicago office working in the Alexander Group’s Private Equity practice. His areas of focus for consulting work include supporting the firm’s private equity clients to drive value creation through their portfolio companies. Ro has experience designing and implementing go-to-market transformations at upper mid-market and Fortune 500 organizations in the manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, healthcare and business services industries. He has led projects spanning end-to-end GTM blueprint designs, spanning sales, marketing and revenue operations teams, and involving market opportunity analysis, customer segmentation, sales coverage, organizational design and sales compensation design.
Prior to joining Alexander Group, Ro worked at Flexport in the freight technology industry, leading Flexport’s Asia – U.S. ocean freight trade lane. He managed the company’s go-to-market and pricing strategy for ocean freight solutions and advised senior sales leaders in the Demand organization, designing and enabling sales teams to turn around profitability issues and expand market share. He holds a M.S. from Columbia University and a B.S. from the University of Southern California.
