The annual Alexander Group Sales Pulse Survey results are in!

Despite economic uncertainty, 2024 is widely expected to be a growth year. Participants anticipate investing in each of the revenue functions—Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations. 2024 investment priorities include transforming break/fix Service to Customer Success, and AI, yet its implementation is still in the early stages, but most companies expect to integrate AI-enabled tools.

Current customers are expected to be the largest source of growth. Post-sales customer success and product specialist headcount is expected to increase. Sales Enablement is a high priority in Sales Operations.
