Kim Engelhart
DirectorKim Engelhart is a director in the New York office aligned to Alexander Group’s Private Equity practice. Kim works with Operating and Deal Partners at PE firms to drive insights in go-to-market diligence and value creation planning. She also manages projects with PE firm portfolio companies, engaging executive and senior leaders in sales, marketing, finance, operations, and human resources to solve revenue growth challenges and enhance commercial optimization. She leads the development and presentation of recommendations and consulting deliverables through the management of Alexander Group teams and consulting resources.
Prior to joining Alexander Group, Kim was a senior strategy analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology working within the Federal IT services industry. Kim partnered with executives and senior leaders internally at GDIT to drive business transformation and optimization across all aspects of the organization including corporate strategy, profit and loss divisions, back-office functions, mergers and acquisitions, business development and leadership alignment. Kim has an MSBA from Darden School of Business, University of Virginia, and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma, International Business Honor Society.
