Mike Miller is a principal in the New York office. He works with clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, life sciences, business services and manufacturing. His client work focuses on revenue growth strategy, organization restructuring, resource deployment, performance management and incentive compensation. Mike is a frequent speaker on revenue growth topics and enjoys the variety of working with clients across industries and around the world.
Prior to joining the Alexander Group, Mike worked for the general management consulting firm, A.T. Kearney, in New York. There he managed consulting engagements, mainly with communications and electronics firms.
