Omar Fouad


Omar Fouad is a principal in the New York City office. He is a leader in the firm’s Industrial Manufacturing, IT Services, and Channel Program practices with client work spanning multiple industries. Omar’s client work primarily focuses on go-to-market strategy and transformation, segmentation and coverage model design, and sales compensation with an emphasis on practical change adoption. His recent engagements include the redesign of global sales compensation for a multi-business unit, global industrial manufacturer, and the sales and marketing transformation of a PE-owned IT services organization. He’s worked on the ground with clients in Singapore, Dubai, Mexico City and several European countries.

Prior to joining Alexander Group, Omar was an account executive at SiriusDecisions/Forrester where he signed new C-level clients to their marketing, sales and product advisory and market research services. His previous experience includes global account manager selling automated inspection solutions to the global consumer electronic manufacturing supply chain; and field product marketing manager supporting direct and channel sales across North America. Omar has 10+ years of sales and marketing experience.
