Hear From Team Members

We are fortunate to be a small enough firm in which every member of the Alexander Group team has a high level of engagement and the ability to make a substantial impact for our clients. There are opportunities to grow professionally, accept greater authority, and advance rapidly within Alexander Group. – Ann Marie Verhamme, Director, Chicago
We are expanding our consulting resources to stay truer to our roles and deliver the best to our clients. We are also expanding in our industry knowledge and expertise. There is a lot of opportunity for new people to come on and grow with us. – Igor Uroic, Principal, Atlanta
Alexander Group is a different kind of consulting company because of our apprenticeship model. You get to come in on day one and are immediately part of the team and involved in the solutions-process with the clients. – Priya Ghatnekar, Principal, Chicago
As an analyst, you take full ownership for the management of all client data. The project manager will guide you in the right direction in terms of analytics, but it is the analyst’s job to execute on any hypotheses. The most challenging part of the job is tackling messy or large amounts of data in an systematic way and then trying to pull out meaningful insights. Because our project team sizes are between 3 and 6 people, I get the opportunity to own my analysis and present it back to not only the internal team, but also our clients. Hannah Ressler, Business Analyst, Atlanta
