The Business Analyst (BA) supports the consulting team. They conduct data analysis including basic statistical analysis, assist with client interviews and related fact-finding initiatives, and apply logic and Alexander Group methodologies to provide recommendations to clients. The BA also prepares initial drafts of high quality, error-free deliverables and participates in client meetings to review and present analytical approaches and interpret results.

The Business Analyst will join our Analytics and Research practice. This team assists with consulting engagements and conducts industry research and deep data analysis, providing a wide variety of data and insights. You will work with clients and consulting teams to collect and analyze client financial, operational, customer and organization data with the goal of generating client-ready insights.

The Associate Consultant (AC) is an integral part of the consulting team. They create and use analytical models to simulate or forecast business problems and results, conduct extensive data analysis using Excel, participate in client interviews and meetings as well as related fact-finding initiatives, and apply logic and Alexander Group methodologies to provide recommendations to clients.

The Consultant has a high level of engagement and accountability while becoming a subject matter expert. The Consultant works directly with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve sales management issues and grow revenue. They participate in and lead client meetings to present consulting deliverables, and conduct client research including on-site interviews, market research and surveys. Our Consultants manage Business Analyst and Associate Consultant resources on project engagements.

The Event Coordinator will contribute to the success of various events (our portfolio includes forums, symposiums, webinars, and industry-specific events) designed for and attended by Fortune 1000 revenue growth executives.

The Salesforce Platform Developer & Administrator will lead the administration, support and continuous improvement of our Salesforce (SFDC) environment. This role will act as a central hub between business and technical teams, supporting users through insightful data reporting, developing custom enhancements, maintaining high standards of platform integrity, and managing integrations with systems such as ZoomInfo, internal databases and custom-built tools.

Working closely with an assigned Project Manager, you will become a fully-integrated project team member right away. At the end of ten weeks, the combination of on-the-job learning, training, meaningful project work and ongoing coaching will give you a realistic sense of the business analyst role and the consulting profession. High-performing Summer Business Analysts will be given the opportunity to join us full-time.
