Daniel has experience leading multiple sales transformations, as well as targeted engagements focused on areas such as go-to-customer strategy, market segmentation, job role design, territory optimization, competencies and sales compensation. Daniel’s experience spans multiple industries, including technology, consumer products, medical products and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Alexander Group, Daniel was a manager within Ernst & Young’s Transfer Pricing and Operating Modeling Effectiveness practice. As a member of this group, Daniel worked with Fortune 500 companies on operating model design, business restructuring, intangible asset valuation and industry benchmarking.
