Mick Cannon is a director in the New York office. He works with clients across multiple industries, including tech, professional services, media and medical. Recently, Mick was involved with a full sales transformation for a leading tech company where he led sales compensation design and change management efforts. He also has experience leading sales organization assessments, client segmentation design and implementation, job role design, and compensation assessment and design.
Prior to joining the Alexander Group, Michael worked on the domestic marketing strategy team of The Walt Disney Company’s Parks & Resorts division, developing integrated communication plans to target various consumer segments. His previous experience includes interning as a senior strategy consultant for a consulting company’s London office. Michael has an MBA from Said Business School at the University of Oxford, an M.
