The Alexander Group’s 2020 Sales Compensation Hot Topics Survey indicates companies are eager to restart their sales efforts again after the onset of COVID-19. Many are providing buyer and seller incentives. In addition, companies are making changes to their sellers’ compensation, including changes to protect sellers’ pay.
The survey featured 135 companies that provided their perspectives on these topics as well as recurring revenue, program implementation late start practices and pre-booking incentives. Survey responses were collected during June and published in July.
